QTI RELAYS & POWER PACKS
The Mini Relay (MRLY) is a single channel fixed frequency relay that can
be used as a repeater between the transmitter and and receiver to increase
transmission ranges due to obstacles or RF interference. This system is
compatible with MIDS, MIDS-II and EMIDS. This system has a limited battery life
and it is recommended that a battery pack or solar panel be utilized.
The Multi-Channel Synthesized Relay (MSRY)incorporates an EMIDS
Transmitter and Receiver to function as a repeater between the transmitter and
receiver to increase transmission ranges. This system is compatible with MIDS,
MIDS-II and EMIDS systems. It has a limited battery life and it is recommended
that a battery pack or solar panel be utilized.
The MIDS Relay with Satellite Communications (MRLY-Satcom) utilizes a QTI
receiver and Global Star Transmitter to function as a repeater between the
sensor field and the monitoring site. Messages are received and stored in a
buffer and transmitted to the satellite in the order they are received. The
system operates on military standard BA5390/BA5590 batteries and can provide up
to 1 year of battery life.
The Battery Pack Assembly (BPA) consists of a housing which holds up to
20 each 9 volt batteries to extend the battery life of attached equipment. For
a standard MRLY relay it will extend the battery life to 120 days of operation.
A power cable is included.
The Solar Panel (SPWR) is used with any QTI equipment to provide
continuous battery power. It includes a solar panel, Voltage Regulator and
connecting power cable. Three systems are available; 10 watt, 20 watt, and 30
watt.
The MCIR SatcomThe MCIR SATCOM is a Multi-Channel Iridium Satcom relay.
RF Sensor Alarms are viewed on a web site. Programming is accomplished using
local software or via satellite. Program features include event criteria, SOH
intervals, and strategic/tactical modes. All messages are encrypted for
security.
