Camera Triggers
External Devices:
The Mini Sensor Timed Relay (MSTR) activates a relay closure when triggered by a QTI Sensor. The main function of the MSTR is to operate a device that is connected to it. It includes 8 modes of operation and preset times can be set from .25 seconds to 2 hours. This unit can be hardwired to a sensor as a relay or connected to the MRCR to function as a timer.
The Mini Remote Control Receiver (MRCR) can be used with a MIDS or EMIDS transmitter to activate attached auxiliary equipment such as cameras, video, etc. The relay switch closure operates for 5 seconds (for longer relay times the MSTR can be used). This system allows the receiver and camera to be moved to a remote location which is easier to camouflage.
The Mini Remote Control Transmitter (MRCT) can be used to test receivers or trigger the MRCR by hand. This transmitter incorporates switches to select ID codes and an activation switch to send messages.
Internal Devices:
The Switch Closure Assembly (MSCA) is a single channel fixed frequency receiver. It receives 20 bit digitally encoded messages transmitted by QTI sensors. It provides a momentary contact closure to activate auxiliary equipment. It is compatible with MIDS Intrusion Detection Systems. Note: The MSCA is designed to be mounted or integrated within the customers control module.
The MSCA (M) Swtich Closure Assembly (Modified)is a single channel fixed frequency receiver. It receives 29 bit digitally encoded messages transmitted by QTI sensors. It provides a momentary contact closure to activate auxiliary equipment or provides serial data output to be integrated within the customer operating system. It is compatible with MIDS, MMIDS and EMIDS Intrusion Detection Systems. Note: The MSCA (M) is designed to be mounted or integrated within the customer control module.
The MCRA Multi-Channel Receiver Assemblyis a multi-channel synthesized receiver. It receives 29 bit digitally encoded messages transmitted by QTI sensors and provides serial data output through an RS232 connection. This data can be integrated with the customer operating system or used to activate auxiliary equipment. The MCRA is compatible with MIDS, MMIDS and EMIDS Intrusion Detection Systems. The MCRA is designed to be mounted or integrated within the customers control module.
